What happens in a session?  We discuss your goals and develop a plan.  The second part of the session is devoted to hypnosis.  And you probably will enjoy it.

Will I do or say anything I don't want to?  No.  We take in only suggestions that are right for us, and that help us reach our goals.

Will I be asleep?  You will feel comfortable and very alert.  We go in and out of light trance states all day long, so the hypnotic state feels (and is) very familiar.  If you want to, you can expect to remember everything that occurs.

How is the hypnotic state different?This deeper state accesses the power of the subconscious, enhancing our ability to focus, to be creative, and to take in desired suggestions.  This is a most powerful learning state.
